1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the oppatoto platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you expressly accept and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and oppatoto as the service provider. oppatoto reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time at our absolute discretion. 2 Account Creation, Eligibility and Security

To access the full range of oppatoto services, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be of age at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account active at any time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You may not allow another person to use your account or share your login credentials with any third party.
• Oppatoto reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request appropriate supporting documents for compliance purposes.
• You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Oppatoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account secure.

3 Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities

Oppatoto platform users agree to use this service for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or conduct that could damage the reputation of oppatoto or other users.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the betting or payment systems.
• Manipulating or altering betting results, odds, or any system parameters on the platform.
• Uploading, distributing, or storing any content that is obscene, harmful, threatening, abusive, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
• Conducting money laundering or any other suspected illicit financial activity through the oppatoto platform.

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.

4 Payments, Transactions and Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the oppatoto platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all payment information submitted is accurate and valid.

• Deposit: Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet and Malaysian online banking. Deposits are credited to your account upon successful verification.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within a set timeframe depending on the chosen payment method. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Suspected transactions: oppatoto reserves the right to suspend or withhold any transaction suspected of fraud or in violation of anti-money laundering policies.
• Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may apply and are subject to change from time to time. Current limits can be checked in your account settings.
• Tax: Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on winnings or income earned through the platform in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.

Oppatoto does not charge any hidden fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control.

5 Account Policy, Liability Limits and Intellectual Property

Account suspension and closure: oppatoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or for legal compliance reasons. Any legitimate funds in a fairly closed account will be returned to the user in accordance with the appropriate verification process.

Liability limits: oppatoto will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or inaccurate information. Our maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Intellectual property: All content, designs, logos, branding, software, databases, and other materials on the oppatoto platform are the exclusive property of oppatoto or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission from oppatoto.

Third-party links: The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. oppatoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites or services. You access such links entirely at your own risk.

6 Governing Law and Changes to Terms

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the oppatoto platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

Oppatoto reserves the right to modify, add to, amend, or withdraw any part of these terms at any time. Such changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
